Backup Buddy is a first of it’s kind – a Mental Health App specifically tailored to Police officers and staff.

It features practical support, stories of officers, symptoms of the most common mental issues a person can face with signposting to 24hr support.

The App is currently available for City of London, Nottinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, South Yorkshire, Sussex and Surrey Police officers and staff, with further forces under development.
