I was a little apprehensive, although impressed, as I have never used someone personally to build my website for me, but speaking to Judith on the phone put me at ease instantly and she was very good at ensuring I understood how and what she would do with regards to my website plans. She was also able to arrange transfer of my domain name to her servers from my previous provider, which meant less for me to worry about!
